SmartCalfeCare Privacy Information

For SmartCalfeCare it is important that you know what kind of personal data we process, so that you can safeguard your rights under the privacy law.

When does SmartCalfCare collect personal information?

Who is responsible for SmartCalfCare's treatment of personal information?
The controller is the one who decides the purpose of the processing of personal data and what tools to use. For SmartCalfCare it is the project Manager Julie Føsker Johnsen whom is responsible for all processing of personal data by us. Follow-up of this responsibility may have been delegated to other personell in the organization, however, the delegation is only covering the tasks and not the responsibilities.

How do we take care of the information about you?

Personal data shall not be stored for longer than what is necessary for the purpose of which it was collected. Unless the information is to be kept under the Archives Act or other legislation, it will be deleted after use.

Your rights
Access: Everyone has the right to general information about SmartCalfCare processing of personal data. In addition, all persons with whom we have registered personal data have the right to know what personal data is registered about them and how this information is processed.

Correction and deletion: you have the right to require that the information about you is changed, corrected or deleted, in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

By accessing and retrieving information and / or using services on our website, you consent to the storage of cookies via your browser - as most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies.
